Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item, please get in contact.

 

Refunds 

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I've received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:

We recommend ordering your gifts as early as possible so you have the best chance of it arriving in time for Christmas.

If you miss the cut off date we will still aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible, however we can't guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

General Shipping Policy:


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. Standard shipping is sent without tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on shipping address. Generally domestic orders (within Australia) take 2-5 business days, international 10-20 business days.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
